Beautiful poster made by Jean Jacquelin 🇫🇷 (1905-1989) a famous French poster artist, who puts in image the mythical liner France (third of the name, renamed Norway in 1979, then Blue Lady in 2006) a former transatlantic liner built at the Chantiers de l'Atlantique, in Saint-Nazaire.
She was launched in 1960.

With its 316 meters long, it will be throughout its period of activity the longest liner (passenger ship) ever built in the world until the launch in 2004 of the Queen Mary 2.

She remained for 42 years the largest liner in the world, a record that still stands today.

A true symbol of the prestige of Gaullian France, it provided transatlantic crossings as well as cruises around the world.
