A fine display of circus skills, and more specifically juggling, from the 7 Perezoffs. The Perezoffs got the ball rolling again with their spectacular juggling act, Un souper animé chez Maxim's, in which the seven jugglers passed on everything from plates to restaurant furniture.

The Perezoff brothers, Charles, José and Francisco, created Un souper animé chez Maxim's in 1908.

Initially, the act was performed by fourteen people. In the end, each participant juggled six plates, making a total of eighty-four dishes flying through the air at the same time.

The family then split into two separate units. The team led by Francisco settled in Great Britain, while the other traveled Europe under Charles' direction.

José founded the Peresoni troupe, while Francisco became a juggler under the name Perez and Marguerite, and later under the pseudonym Rostando.
