This lithographic poster reproduces a 1923 portrait of Pablo Picasso's son Paulo, for an exhibition at the Musée des Arts Decoratifs in 1955. The Museum was located at the time within the Louvres complex. This poster was reproduced by Mourlot's Master Printer, Henri Deschamps, under the supervision of Pablo Picasso himself. All the delicate lines of the original drawing and the soft hues of the pastels were faithfully executed by the printer and commended by Picasso.
