Very beautiful original poster of Pablo Picasso ( 1881- 1973 ) for an exhibition at the National Museum of Modern Art
On the occasion of Pablo Picasso's ninetieth birthday, the National Museum of Modern Art "had the privilege" of hosting for several weeks twenty-five paintings by the Spanish painter from Soviet museums (Hermitage Museum, St. Petersburg, and Pushkin Museum in Moscow).
Pablo Picasso is one of the most prolific and revolutionary artists the world has ever known. He had a tremendous impact on the development of modern art in the 20th century. Although he is best known for his association with the Cubist movement, which he founded with Georges Braque, Picasso's influence extends to Surrealism, Neoclassicism and Expressionism.
